Misrepresentation

Requested a futon frame out of this organization. I've used a futon plus one of things that worried me probably the most was the bed sliding along. Anyhow, I requested the futon frame after which requested the "grippers" which are said to be the very best at maintaining the bed up when within the resting position. They cost an additional $17 for these. Upon getting the futon, that we do not have an issue with, the futon arrived with the grippers. A couple of days later, the grippers that I purchased arrived. No-where on the site does it suggest that the grippers include the futon frame. Since I have didn't require the additional grippers that I requested, I needed to come back them, never exposed. They simply explained it had been barely worthwhile because there is a $10 restocking charge and that I needed to spend to deliver it back again to them. Significantly, on the $17 product which was never exposed and that I don't require because the futon figure included them. I'd not purchase from their website again simply because of the customer support and attitute.
