Cymax rip-off

This company need to be put out of business. I paid for CYMAX to assemble my bed ($95.00). They came drop off my bed in my hallway and they did not assemble it. I've called several times and spoke with, Jeanie, Kevin and then finally Dave H. Who is "Marketplaces Manger". I received no help, no return calls and from the looks of things I wont. Cymax pride themselve of Perfection and knowledgeable customer service but I receive none of this. I get a different story every time. They don't try to please the customer when Cymax is in the wrong. I was told If I wanted to I could return the product. They dropped my purchase in the hallway like I was garbage. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and I will make it my aim that everyone know about this.
