Not honoring warranty

We bought 10,000. (leather loveseat and sofa, and amusement centre) value of furniture from Jackson Fine Furniture in Ontario, Europe 5 years back combined with the a Stainsafe Warranty. 2 yrs before we'd great happening along among the hands and submitted a state, this claim was looked after in a brief of period without any problems. Annually later we observed a split in another of our leather pillows and again submitted a state. We'd not noticed from their store following the permitted period so-called and were informed the leather was stopped so that they needed to substitute the sofa or even the worth of it and might obtain a notice out to us. It was September, it's today Jan but still nothing. We've named 4x and also have informed the same the notice was onto itis method. Nowadays I'm attempting to follow-up again and also the quantity doesn't event band through. This concerns me. I'm likely to contact the furniture business we bought from. They're a trustworthy top end shop and do have to know that Stainsafe is just a tear

Today our small split is larger and that I am unsure how to proceed. I'm so furious!
