Useless Warrwnty

I paid $178.00 for the 10 Year leather Care & Protection Program from Stainsafe when I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tepperman's Furniture in September. On October 24, I made a claim for three broken legs which I found yesterday on the sofa and loveseat and some ballpoint pen ink my daughter made 10 days ago. My claim is denied and I was told they are accumulated claims. I double checked the warranty paper and there is nowhere to mention the accumulated claim. I made four calls and one of them was transfered to a supervisor. None of them can find the words about accumulation claim on the warranty document. They just ignored my question and put me on hold on the phone and then disconnected it.

Stainsafe is not safe for customers. It is only safe for their money. Beware Stainsafe!!!
