Furniture falls apart

I purchased a Guildcraft sofa and ottoman plus they are of truly low quality. The sofa included place cushions with tassels plus they got aside months after I purchased. I'm about the next group of cushions (they did deliver substitutes) plus they are still arriving possibly aside or totally off the cushion. The furniture about the ottoman has used quickly and also the cut onto it has already established to become fixed aswell.
