Poor product

We payed 650 for a sofa from argos in may 08 and in june 08 the sofa was not even suitable to sit on, the cushion filling completely degraded and the cushions are falling apart 2 surveyors said its the way the cushions are made but declare no fault to argos, although this sofa was under warranty no replacement was offered or repair. The zips are now splitting due to the spread of the cushions and we are stuck with this sofa and expected to pay out further money for independent survey. As a big company we recieved no help in the repair of our sofa and are now stuck with a sofa that isnt fir to sit on.
