Great Experience

I purchased a sofa and ottoman at C&B in West Hartford, CT about 2 years ago. I am an Interior Designer myself and being such I can be very picky about the quality of my furniture.

After shopping through many, many, many furniture stores, trade showrooms and online retail outlets for more than 2 years I finally found a sofa and ottoman available in GOOD quality leather called "Luggage" (99% of retail furniture leather is coated with plasticisers - you may as well be buying vinyl) and of the overall quality I desired and could afford.

I put the sales staff though several exercises to assure that I was getting the correct color of leather and wood that I wanted. Never was anyone rude or unaccommodating. They were always polite, helpful and professional.

I ordered the sofa custom so it took about 6 weeks. Not a problem. I would rather get what I want with a short delay than to have to settle for something so I could have it right away.

When the sofa was ready they scheduled a delivery date and time and had the driver call me when he was within about 10 minutes drive. The sofa and ottoman were delivered, carefully placed in my living room, and the wrapping was removed and taken away by two very poilte young men. I was allowed to carefully inspect it for possible damages and signed off.

Within a week I had not one but two calls from the factory checking to make sure that I had no problems and that I was pleased with my experience and purchase. I couldn't be happier.

My sofa is still in excellent condition and I plan to have it for a lifetime. Money well-spent!
