Paid for a bed I still haven't received

I requested a mattress on 7-18-07 which was suppose to vessel in 2-3 times. At the conclusion of September I tried calling and also the mail is definitely complete. On 8-1-07 I sent an e-mail and they said the bed was on back order and expected in 2 weeks. They assured me they might keep me posted. It's today Sept but still no mattress. They no further react to my emails and that I however can't-get through about the telephone. The toll-free amount has become disconnected. I've been cheated! They're the toughest organization actually and can't think they're nevertheless permitted to conduct business. I simply need my cash back.
