Allure Furniture Designs is a scam... Do not buy from them

I purchased a futon mattress from Allure on August 14. After not receiving it in a week or so (it was supposed to be shipped in 48 hours), I e-mailed them. I received a response back, stating the following:

First of all I would like to apologize for the delay. I was just informed by the mfg.Co. That the item ordered is on back order. It is due to arrive into the warehouse next week. As soon as we receive the shipment we will begin shipping all of the back orders out as soon as possible. I am sorry you were not notified sooner, but it was just brought to our attention by our sales rep. I will forward the tracking info as soon as it becomes available.

I have since not heard back from them, even when I tried to e-mail them back (with a receipt request). I complained to the internet better business bureau (which they had listed on their site), and their logo was removed rather quickly. I also have tried calling. Most of the time, I get a message saying their box is full. On the off chance you can leave a message, it asks for the last digits to the order number, zip code, name and phone number. A few times, I was able to leave the info (which went unanswered). After that, the message time was cut, and you couldn't even leave the order number and zip before being cut off.

I am at my wits end about getting my mattress or a refund, as I need to buy one from someone who actually delivers what they sell.
