Liars - Simmons Beauty Rest

In august me and my boyfriend ordered a beauty rest mattress from sleepys. My boyfriend paid in 3 payments. 2 by check and 1 by cash. The person who took the nal cash payment never entered t into the system correctly. Finally when they came to the conclusion he finalized the payments, they apologized and saud they will contact us when the mattress cones in. 2 weeks later we were not contacted. We called up and they never ordered the mattress. This happened 4 times after. They offered to give me a mattress protector or upgrade my mattress from a queen to a king. Then they agreed they finally ordered my mattress. When my mattress came in 5 days later they sold and delivered it to another customer. It was then ordered again. I was told for 2 months it was on back order. It is now april and i still have yet to receive my new mattress. I willl never do any sort if business ever again with sleepys. This happened at sleepys of melville, ny (long island). This company is a disgrace
