Bad funiture and Mattress

I bought a full bedroom suit from the above store. King bed, King headboard, king footboard, frame, rails, king mattress and 2 box springs, 2 night stands, 1 dresser and 1 chest of drawers. The frame keeps breaking off the bed, The mattress has collasped in the middle and on the side. The mattress has a 20 year warranty. I called to tell them what happed and was told to bring it down to the store which I did and when I got it there they told me because it was stained with body fluids, sweat, dead skin, and silk sheet dye that I was in breach of the warranty because I failed to put a protector on the mattress. This was the 1st question that I asked my salesman about and he told me it would be covered even if it were not protected which the store is denying. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau, Akin, s Army, The Attorney General, and 1 or 2 other TV stations none of these entity's have been able to help me. I have sent him 2 emails and spoken to another salesman who said he would help but have gotten no response. Attorney General has sent him 3 letters which he has totally ignored. The total cost of the funiture is $3,549.60 paid on my debt card. I was told if I gave them $1000.00 they would give me a new mattress I am not going to do that. Please help me.
