Took money never delivered furniture

Same story as others. Requested trundle bed for son. Made excuses for months saying had been transported from Indianapolis, later stated was broken while out to be shipped. Requested basically needed them to re order or refund money. They stated might consider many times to procedure however it never was. This began in July, today it is Sept plus they wont return calls and also the toll-free range is disconnected. Pay pal wouldn't become involved. They have to have several grievances about tis company however they nevertheless consider cash for the kids.
