No construction, problems, and an inappropriate product!

We bought numerous products from Couch Show shop in Tri County on December 16 and were informed from the sales consultant that people might anticipate supply in about 21 times. On January 4th we received a shipping day by voicemail of the 20th. I named to ask about an early on day and was rescheduled for your 11th. Many times later, I obtained a voicemail to reschedule the shipping for that 19th since all my products weren't in. About The 19th your deliveryman arrived and simply left the furniture in to the home and informed my spouse “sign here.” No construction, problems, and an incorrect product. I named the sales consultant and he explained somebody might contact me. I had been approached by voicemail from the support department and provided several to contact to setup a scheduled appointment to get a specialist in the future out to slice the delivery straps and do the construction; nevertheless the quantity (800-786-7623) I had been provided isn't to Couch Express support office. I've position calls (January 21-27) towards the store-manager Mike Ernst, he never appears to be there. I've quit messages using the shop team and on his voicemail. He's yet to make contact with me!!!
