Poor delivery service

We bought a Stearns & Foster bed from Macyis, and we received an anticipated shipping day. Throughout the week, we were named 3 times and delivered three emails upgrading our shipping position. The final mail (evening before delivery) suggested that "our bed was about the vehicle and prepared for delivery." The day of the shipping day (Sunday) we were approached with a Macyis representative and informed that people would need to reschedule. She did not provide us grounds why we had a need to reschedule and advised us this would need to be achieved on Friday. She also did not supply us having a quantity to contact and rudely hung-up on-US whenever we requested for further clarification. After choosing the telephone number and talking with another consultant after which a store-manager, we were ultimately informed that the mistake was created. Within an try to acquire some solutions, we talked with many workers from Macyis, and nobody actually provided an apology. We were also informed with a consultant that people might simply stop the purchase if we preferred. We were ultimately informed with a supervisor he might "create the problem right" and might contact us back inside the time. We never heard from him again. Macy's is extremely fast to advertise their "5 Star Customer Support", but our encounter was not actually near to assembly that expectancy. When Macyis created the $2,200 purchase, their degree of customer support considerably reduced. We'd highly recommend another department-store for the furniture requirements.
