Never delivered sofa that was paid for in cash

I bought a sofa in March and settled money for that couch. I had been informed that it'd be shipped April 24th. Obtained no-call about the 24th nevertheless when examined after awaiting shipping that evening I had been informed that there is no shipping planned. Visited the shop and was informed that it had been someones error in the shop also it could be delivered 5/8. Leary concerning the support I named on 5/7 to check on delivery and was told that the sofa was not scheduled for delivery and it would be May 20th before provide. I terminated my purchase after which was informed I'd need to delay 1 week to obtain my reimbursement.
