Damaged Ottoman

I bought a couch and ottoman mixture in the Ontario Simple Existence shop from their salesperson, January, on February 6th. Once I obtained the couch and ottoman I realized that there is a split about the leather ottoman. The couch appeared good and was who is fit. I named January, the revenue woman at Simple Existence, who suggested I contact the Protector guarantee support to possess them restore the split. Protector had something individual emerge who explained that it'dnot address problems done during shipping. I approached Simple Existence again plus they declined to assist fix or let me return the ottoman. I ultimately got your hands on Larry, the store-manager, who explained he wouldn't take a return and might contact law enforcement easily found the shop to come back the ottoman. This is actually the toughest support I Have obtained from the furniture shops I've bought from (Basset Furniture, Living Areas, Ikea). The standard about the products appears good, however the support in the shop is terrible. Calling their primary office in Buena Park was ineffective aswell.
