Leather deteriorating on sofa and recliner after 6 months

Leather sofa and recliner purchased 6 months ago. Leather is breaking down in areas where family sits. RC Willey customer service refuses to resolve problem claiming issue not covered and also alleges that dogs caused problem. I have had to call them numerous times because they fail to respond.in spite of their Satisfaction Guarantee policy they are non responsive and I am very dissatisfied.
