Brick leather fading on sofa and chai

Bought a leather sofa and chair we purchased the leather care. The salesman told us if we had a problem with the leather if we purchased the leather care it would be covered for 5 years. 2 years later the leather started fading. The brick sent one of their tech to take a look. They got back to me 2 weeks later saying wear is not covered. I have called the brick store to complain they said there's noting they can do. I also told them I will no longer be shopping brick and they said its fine.
