The behaviour was really bad and not giving enough customer satisfaction

I bought one recliner leather sofa and recliner love seat from this shop after 6 months the sofa teared from the back side i don't know how. It was still in the warranty when i went to the shop to ask about this the guy told me to get the picture of that. I gave the picture but after that no response came from him. I only went to the shop and asked what is the progress he told us about what you are asking for. I got pissed off. When i asked him to exchange my sofa he said no i can't. The behavior was really bad they were not treating us like a human being. You should close this shop or take some action.
