I have had trouble with delivery from Home Depot twice. First time I was told a product would be here in 2 weeks. It was more than a week late. When I called to find out information, they would tell me whatever they thought I wanted to here - it will be here in 2 days - then in 2 days - it will be here on Friday, etc... I called Customer Service and they called the store and called me back and had the nerve to tell me it will be here on Friday. They would say anything to get me off the phone. Whether it was a lie or not. Just tell me when it will be here - 4 weeks - fine. I won't expect it for 4 weeks. I just ordered a refrigerator ($1800.). An unexpected obligation came up on my delivery date. They will
not work with me. Too bad - they have their money, too bad for me if an emergency came up. I should have learned my lesson the 1st time but thought I would give them a second chance. There will not be a 3rd and if Lowe's can get me a refrigerator Friday morning, I will cancel this order.
