2 month old sofa looks like 10 years old - Raja canadian made sofa

I purchased a CANADIAN made sofa and chair from the Brick in Nov. Because it was custom made it was not delivered until the week before Christmas 2012. After about 2 weeks of having the sofa it was fading and the cushions on the seats and back were sinking. I took pictures of it and went to the Brick's in-store customer service and the person was astounded at how BAD it looked. She called their technician to come out and said I would hear from him in a few days... After about a week I called the Brick's customer service centre and was told I would hear something in a few days... It was another week before the technician came out. He totally agreed that the sofa needed more foam but the fading was normal wear!!! WHAT AFTER 2 MONTHS... I then waited another week and was told by there customer care centre that there was nothing they could do and their hands were tied... I bought the extended warranty because I though maybe there would be issues down the road... BUT NOT AFTER 2MONTHS!!! I also have e-mailed there customer care centre and have had no reply. I also work in the customer service industry and if I treated my customers like I have been treated I would have been fired a long time ago!!!
