2 month old sofa that looks like 10 years old - Canadian made sofa

I recently purchased a Canadian made sofa and chair from the Brick. I bought it in Nov but it was not delivered until the week before Christmas as it was a custom order. After 2 weeks I noticed that the cushions on the seats and back were sagging and rippling and the fabric was fading in the spots where I sat. I took pictures and went to the Brick customer service in-store. When I showed them the pictures they were shocked that it looked that bad after 2 months. They called a technician and I was told he would contact me within a few days. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I called the customer care centre and they said someone would be out within 3 days. The technician did come and agreed that the sofa was in need of a lot of extra foam but as far as the fabric fading that was just wear and tare. AFTER 2 MONTHS!!! That is not saying a lot about their product. He wrote up a report and then I waited another week and called the customer care centre again only to be told that there was nothing they could do and their hands were tied! (REALLY?) They informed me I could call back in 6 months! I e-mailed the customer care centre and have not heard a reply! I purchased the extra warranty but did not expect to be having an issue after 2 MONTHS! I also work in the customer service industry and if I treated my clients the way I have been treated I would be fired!!
