Customer support that is horrible

Often KFC must operate till 10 pm on Saturdays, I arrived there at 9 56pm through drive-way plus they set me till 10 in store. 2 pm, after which explained that their period is not under and after I asked them its own closed. And also attempted to justify themselves. And so I do not wish to buy something from therein the near future, I'd been truly unhappy and truly preferred KFC, however now since if their poor customer support I dislike to-go there.
