I've attempted numerous occasions to locate alternative latches for that SnapTopper storage bins. If you are using the web site customer support type, no body actually reacts. Should you contact customer support no body replies. That's no method to operate a business.

I can't locate anywhere to purchase the components. I really like the pots but would not get them again due to the awful customer support.

I'll not purchase anymore Rubbermaid items till I will acquire some substitutes. I'll begin using different manufacturers.
