Long Story Short - I arrived to pick up the turkey on New Year's eve and the owner told me her mom passed away two weeks ago and was unable to fulfill my order. I never receive a notification to let me know so I can make other arragements. I was in a crunch since I had guests for dinner that night. However, I was sympathetic with the lady and she offered to refund the money. But as of today (2/25) I have not seen a credit back on my card. I tried to e-mail and it bounce back. The website is no longer up and I don't have a number where to call. Bottom line they make up excuses, you never receive order and they take your money - It's called Fraud. I hope they catch this people on the run soon so they can pay everyone back.
