Did Not Receive a Turkey as Promised on Christmas Eve. HORRIBLE Customer Service

I too will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They offer horrible customer service. The person who was supposed to handle my refund was so rude as if I should just deal with the fact that the turkey I ordered for Christmas eve was not ready on time and had not even been started. I don't know if he was joking or just being ignorant. But it was totally unprofessional when I was expecting a turkey for the holidays that they were unable to deliver as promised. If I order a turkey to be ready at 6:30pm on Christmas eve and I don't arrive until close to closing time... 7pm and you have the nerve to tell me another 1 1/2 hours??? Are you serious? That means you haven't even started cooking my turkey. So unprofessional. And then they have the great idea to offer a Living Social Deal and Groupon during the holiday season. Fully knowing they don't have what it takes to handle that amount of orders. I ordered cupcakes from another establishment on Christmas Eve. They had tons of pre-orders but not one issue with them being ready on time. Everyone walked out satisfied. But at TurkeezRUs... A different story. First the place looked disgusting, I wouldn't eat there if I had to. I don't know if it normally looks like that but it definitely didn't look like a restaurant. The floor was covered in grease as a little boy was sliding all over it. If you walked in, you were sure to walk out smelling like grease. There were several angry customers in the waiting area who had been waiting for hours. Another couple walked out very angry as they too did not have a turkey on time. It was terrible customer service. I should have went off the review that I read and not went with this place. I hope they close down soon to teach them a lesson. Not everyone that can cook has what it takes to run a business. This is clearly the case with Turkeezrus. Needless to say, I walked out without a fried turkey for Christmas and I will NEVER go there again and I hope no one uses their horrible services. They don't deserve to serve ANYONE. Still waiting on my call concerning my refund. Over a week later.
