Terrible Manage

I think the managers name that took my order was, Alica - She was very rude while taking my order and after having waited at least 4 minutes on my order only to learn that it was wrong, I brought it to this managers attention who in turn acted as if it was the customers fault. It is the first time in my life that anyone ever tried to make me feel bad over their incompetence. This was the worst Fast Food resturant that I have ever ran across. If you are ever in Jefferson NC, don't ever go to hardee's! - It's terrible and it starts at the very top and goes down!
