Horrible to go service, rude managers, jerks not nice to customers after making their order wrong

Ale house is a good restaurant, go there often, and get to go there soemtimes too. Their restaurant is fine and service is good but their to go is a nightmare, and the people that work there are pretty nasty, and if they mess your order up, the managers are jerks about it and then blame you and instead of apologizing say that it's your fault because you didnt' check your order.

I had a to go order which they messed up at least 3 times now, and the last time seemed intentional.instead of saying well they have screwed up the order so many times, let's get it right, they make it wrong again then later blame me for not 'checking it.' after i had to drive all the way back to pick up something they did not include, then they give me something again that im allergic to. The managers are just blatant bullies.

I place an order at another ale house lately, and couldn't pick it up due to car trouble. 2nd time i placed the order like later, and instead of saying it's a duplicate order, they take the order then refuse to make it. I drive all the way there to pick it up and the manager arrogantly just says "oh well you'll have to wait another 15 minutes to get it we didn't make it." he didn't care at all he was such a prick and jerk. I'm scared to get a to go order from there because they always screw it up and don't even give half the order then blame it on the customer for not checkign the order.

They have the worst management team ever for a restaurant that is up to those kind of standards... The managers are men who seem to be rude and mean, or bullies. I wouldn't say stay away from that place because well it is a great place to eat, but their management sucks and they need to be reported to upper management.
