Dirty conditions bad or no service at two lociationa

06-10, i and my wife waited approx. 30 minutes before reaching the counter. When we requested chicken and hambergers we were too theyonly offered nuggests. There was no sign to notify the public, hearing this several customers walked outas i. Dirty flies. Went to second resturant at hwy24&58 at cape cartiet (2miles away), we waited too long again placed our oder, it three (3) trips back to the counter before order was correct, by that time, the first part was cold.
