Horrible service

I requested a dessert 3 months ahead of time for my boy's 10th birthday. I connected an image of precisely what I needed therefore there could be no distress. Your day of the celebration I came to get the dessert & it had been not prepared in the contracted period. One hour later I had been offered a sheet meal using the quantity five onto it. I had been informed the image have been lost. If had desired a sheet meal I'd have attended HEB for 1? 2 the cost I had been incurred. I required the dog owner to contact me back which he never did. After many efforts at calling the dog owner, I simply quit.
