I called my nearby Cold Stone Creamery on Power-Plant Pkwy.in Hampton Va. To purchase a birthday meal for my son. Then they advised me I had a need to are available in and pre pay for that purchase 48 hours before collection day. I did so, actually I went in to the shop within 2 hours of the telephone purchase and taken care of it. There is a small surprise the night time before I had been to get the dessert. No major deal simply an inch of snow. There was an indication about the doorway they were shut because of "inclament climate". No telephone call, no dessert... Nothing. I named and quit an extremely furious concept on the device, using the directions to come back my phone the following day. I waited until after 2: pm till I ultimately chose to contact them again. I was informed from the ill-educated fool that my purchase wasn't taken care of and consequently hadn't been completed. He did not actually request my title or telephone number, how might he understand it had beennot compensated? I told him I'd the recipt and noticed online they had obtained the cash from my consideration, he explained I'd need to talk to the supervisor, who had been easily not there in the time.By this time around I had been MAD!!! Not just did they totally DAMAGE my grandsons birthday, however now these were ostensibly calling me a liar. Once the supervisor ultimately did return my phone she attempted at fault anything on the new emplyee, and desired to still promote me the dessert that I no further had any use for. I've named and quit a using the Corp. Workplace and BBB. They never actually ATTEMPTED to pay me, just attempted to pacify and placate me in vain try to calm my anger. Never again am i going to enter a cold stone creamery!!! Actually i'll bad-mouth them until my dying day or both worthless-minds at that shop are fired which store goes under. I'll never get his birthday back, you will find factors behind my seeking this birthday to be always a unique one, and Cool Stone creamery damaged it. There aren't any reasons because of their inadequecies. You are able to assist me by firmly recommending they FIRE these grade-school dropouts and practice (properly) somebody with great work ethics.
