Operator was rude, arrogant and down right unpleasant. He destroyed your day together with his insufficient attention and awful attitude.

He started out two (2!!) individual people - both moms of kids - in the 4-year oldis birthday celebration I had been joining today. The first woman was started out for not removing some jewelry, despite the fact that she wasn't on the equipment, and had no purpose of happening the equipment. The Next mom was asked to depart for not getting gum out-of her mouth rapidly enough, despite transporting two kids when he originally requested.

The Next mom really returned in to the celebration (- - after informed it had been okay from the 'protection' guy - -) to determine the dessert-cutting and performing. While she returned in, the dog owner (Ben? Steve?.) confronted to contact law enforcement... Law enforcement?!?!?! Are you kidding me? He would contact law enforcement in the centre of the 4-year old birthday celebration just because a mom desired to observe her relative blow-out the candles and also have dessert...

He was intense, intimidating and arrogant, and created your day really unpleasant for everybody. This isn't an isolated event, possibly... Merely seek "Jump Around"... He's completed the same previously.

He is absurd and I'm likely to do anything I - can to make sure everybody I understand learns about that... I Have never noticed such ridiculous conduct from the business proprietor... Particularly one which suits households and children...
