Horrible experience!

I went into Worldwide Bakery on Friday 1/24 and requested a half-linen Spongebob Square trousers dessert for my 6 yr-old child. I want the dessert for Sunday 1/27. On 1/27 I selected the dessert up for that celebration and quit the shop. Nevertheless when we slice the dessert at 6:45 P.M. I realized that there is plenty of dessert remaining and no more than 7 items have been consumed. Lastly, my visitor found me and described the dessert was stagnant. I understood the bakery closed at 7 P.M. Therefore at 6:55 P.M. I named the bakery and described the problem towards the woman about the telephone. She merely explained to create my bill and also the dessert in the day and that I will soon be provided a return. Nowadays, on 1/28 at 10:30 am I delivered towards the bakery with my 6 yr-old and clarify the problem towards the cashier. She subsequently requires the cake within the back and also the operator arrives and have am I the individual using the dessert? I said yes, and he explained in my experience he could not provide me a return.
