Buy a telephone at city, they provided a $50.00 refund and that I never received it. I named in and talked to many folks from city and was informed that I had been not assume to obtain a refund. Why provide anything should you wont provide it., this is actually the second-time. Please be cautious with these refund offers they're no-good. City may blame eachother, this can be a sport for them. All the best people.
