DiercTV promotes special offers for brand new clients than demands the client to submit a refund form to be able to obtain the unique offer. They state the refund form is likely to be shipped using the first declaration. I, however, didn't received the refund form with my first declaration. After I named to ask about it, I had been informed they'd look after it by telephone. Our next declaration came, with no unique offer with no refund form. Named again and was td anything could be managed within the telephone, they'd discount $21.00 plus provide me HD stations ($10.00) off my billings for 12 weeks. Next record comes, with no unique offer, no refund form, no savings. Plus I obtain a notice declaring the refund period of time has terminated. I call a third-time. Obviously there is no report of any prior discussion. I discussed all that's occurred. Am told nothing can be achieved about refund, but I'd get $20.00 discount on next 12-month claims. What happened towards the last repetitions. Guarantee? How do I believe that one. Why has not Congress approved a customers rights statement for satillite/cable companies like they did for cel phones? These businesses shouldn't be permitted to perform business in this way.
