I received email more then once for discounts for gas to gasoline transformation. Our plumber submitted all of the permits and refund forms. Honeywell directs mean email they got my software dated may 15th. The e-mail mentioned 6 to 2 months for refund. After 11 months I named The honeywell inexperienced group and was informed my new furnace did not meet up with the AFUE requirements but I'll obtain a refund of 1500.00 bucks for that transformation without the 500.00 because of the AFUE needs. Okay to date. I named Coned and talked to Justin a so-called expert at 212 460-2661 and Carmella at 800 430-9505, both stated they didn't have my software on document. Appears Honeywell and Coned do not talk to one another. Equally mentioned I'll not obtain a refund at-all because of the several needs they mentioned. I talked to additional plumbers plus they had exactly the same issues with thier clients not receiving their discounts. Therefore coned today has me from gas and on thier fuel bill. I settled my Coned expenses promptly going back 46 years and today this. I'd a function demand 1311246 along with a work-order D028249851. This left me having a large distrust for these two businesses.
