Over charging

I've attempted many time for you to enter contact with corp. Head-quarters for metro computers, not able to achieve this. We've had city for a long time now. Resently we created some modifications within our support in the irving, texas. Office in the airport hwy workplace. Whenever we have there been producing the modifications we request precisely what our statement could be for that month of december. 08 and we were informed it'd be $120.00 peculiar bucks nevertheless when we got the statement via voice-mail on our telephone. The statement was over-charged by$115.00. I talked to one the csis on 611 and was informed it'd be studied care however it wasn't, i named agian to obtain the phon # for that workplace however they couldn't provide me one, then i named 411 plus they had no record for this office both.

I'd prefer to talk to somebody in the corp. Headquarters to obtain this looked after today 12/08/08
