Great customer service garden department

I have found a person who personifes what it means to give customer service. My aunt who is in a stroke had me take her twice a week to see James in the Home Depot. He always gives her a hug and helps her smile, since she know has a stroke. He helps her shop and makes her feel as thoguh she is the only customer. Sice we have been visting him it seems she is getting better. Just the joyu he brings to her is amazing. All people tho need to get the best customer service at a DYI store visit James in the garden at the Chula Vista, Calfifornia store. You will also be hooked on this warm professional and well trained employee.
