They have you send money for dr. Dre headphones and never ship them to you! Do not buy from this website. They also put listings on ebay!

I found the listing on ebay for these headphones. Once you click in the listed, you have to select the type of headphones that you eant to purchase.By doing this, it directs you to their eebsite.
I registered after putting the headphones that I wanted to purchase in my cart. They give you different options to make payment and I chose paypal. They send uou an invoice with a number assigned to it and tell you to log onto paypal and send money to heatherullerton@yahoo.com to Brian Aubel indicating your inv. Number in I think the notes section. The invoice states once payment is sent that they will ship out your items within 12 hours and send you a tracing number and they state tracing and not tracking number.
I never heard from them so I sent a request inquiry to them thru their website asking if items were shipped and the tracking number. They responded via a different email address stating that items wete mailed but gave no tracking number. This is when I started to get a little leery of this transaction.
After this I logged onto ebay and found the listing again for the headphones and it had the same web address as the one I purchased from but I noticed that the seller info.indicated that they were from the state of TN and I was pretty sure mine ess from CA. But I thought that maybe I looked at it incorrectly.
I waited about 7you days and still did not receive my items so I sent another inwuiry via their website asking for the tracking number and advising that I haven't received my items. I received a reply the next day with yet another email address stating that it takes 7-9it business days to receive but they still gave me no tracking number. I emailed heatherullerton@yahoo.com today stating that I needed the tracking number as my items had not arrived and I had waited long enough
and I received no response from her.
I logged onto ebay again today and found the luisting for the headphones with the same website. I noted that the seller info. Now stated WV and this seller was new to ebay as she had no feedback listed. I saved this listed and called and reported it to ebay. Ebay did forward the sellers info.including a phone number which I called as ebay states you must try to resolve this with the seller. So I called and left a message but I have receive no phone call back and the listing has been removed from ebay. This maybe due to my complaint as the rep. From ebay stated that it is against the rules for seller to take nuyers to an independent website.
I have filed a complaint at www.ic3. Gov as per the ebay rep. Which is a federal website for internet scams. I also got on paypal and filed the resolution process with them to try and recoup my funds of $145.98. Oaypal immediately advised that seller was unable to respond so my complaint was immediately moved to a claim.
