Gift Card Use

This can be a FRAUD in my experience! Over per month before, I requested an item online with JC Penney. I've never requested online together before but I'd 4 gift-cards that I had a need to use and that I truly needed the product. Each card I'd was to get a whole of $40.00 ea. The sum total of the purchase was for $52.89. There have been 2 areas for gift-cards and so I employed 1 for $40.00 (price of the merchandise) and that I employed another for that stability of $12.89 (duty, delivery and handling). A few times later, I obtain a contact verification for that purchase. Everything appeared ok and so I was content (even when them was on backorder). Times later, simply because I still had 2 reward cards at $40.00 ea plus one which was partialy employed for the internet product, I went to some JC Cent shop to make use of up the rest of the cards. After I visited the checkout, anything was good. They actually explained the outstanding balance about the applied card was $23.11. Anything was good until 3 months later.

I had been shocked to consider that the "INTENDED" trustworthy organization such as this might cheat their clients out-of their gift-cards due to their own gain. I'm never buying with JC Penny again.
