Sent me an extra gift card, charged me for it and refuse to refund me

I requested a starbucks gift-card from giftcardmall.com and got verification for that same over mail. Nevertheless, I obtained two gift-cards via email, and after examining my charge card record I came across they charged my card twice.

I checked my giftcardmall consideration from wherever I ordered and noticed only one purchase quantity (that we really requested) about the declaration.

I called them to express they mistakenly delivered me 2 cards and charged me twice. I needed to come back the Next gift-card since I have didnot require it also it didnot actually seem on my purchase background on the site.

Customer support was really rude and explained that no results are approved on gift-cards!

They did not help me using the issue so when I questioned costs with my charge card, giftcardmall refused to pay for them back both.

TL, DOCTOR;Please avoid their site, this can be a complete fraud. They cost your charge card, deliver you gift-cards even although you do not purchase it.
