Poor customer service

I really hope AT@T shed every instant client they've. I've never fulfilled a lot of inexperienced client services repetitions. The only real reason I chose to subscribe to their instant support is due to the Iphone-4. I pre-ordered my iPhone on july 15 got an conformation mail saying that I'd contain it shipped on June 24. Used to donot obtain it whatsoever. And so I named customer support plus they stated that they are doing display an order from me despite the fact that I'd an order quantity etc. And So I talked using the purchasing department plus they stated that my purchase quantity does not complement my label handle mail or nothing. AND SO I chose to stop a purchase which was never positioned based on them. I appreciate God used to donot obtain the iPhone from them cause I will observe today which kind of issues I'd have from their website. I will simply wait before iPhone can be obtained on another provider. I'll inform everybody don't buy any providers from AT&T consider your company elsewhere.
