Metro pcs ripped me of i had 5 cell phones one each week for past 6 week have cell phone for every 2 weeks told me if i complain anymore they where going to have me locked up promised to give me a 4g phone have 5 people heard the so called customer service said they would give me a 4g phone they told me they would cut phone off i am paid up they will not do any of there promes turn over to the bbb my phone will start ringing not stop music comes on and will not stop want a refund i the amount (told same to bbb) should refund me for all my trips $200.00 having to drive to there so called corp store

They will not do anything they say there word written or verbal any good a refund immedate for driving to ther store 6 times after sundy 7 refused to work on fix the phone give me phone i ask riroff by meto pcs refund $ 550.00 in cash immediately my phone 770-875-4249 may cut off you can call me 1-800-590-8664 lamar they should make them pay lots worthless phone company please help turned over to bbb but they may not do anything still have phone rings
