Refund supposedly to be issued in 6 weeks, still not issued after 6 months

Moved from Missouri to Florida in February. Heard that Metro PCS gives unlimited texting, -minutes and -web browsing. Visited a Metro PCS corporate store on March 16 located on 1453 Sand Lake Rd, Unit D, Orlando, FL 32809 and bought two cell phones. Was told by sales person you have one (1) week to check out the service, if you don't like anything, just bring it back for a full refund will be granted as long as you make sure not to put more than 1 hour (60 min) on both phones together. I brought the phones back to the store (where purchased) within 2 (two) days with 3 minutes on one phone and zero min on the other. They told me I would get my money back in a few days.

Few days came and went, so I called 888-576-3876 to talk to somebody. After listening to numerous computer generated messages I finally got some one on the phone. That person made me aware that whomever told me that I would get my money back in a few days, told me a bunch of nonsense, since it will take at least 6 weeks, but that I however had to go back to the store since nothing was showing in the computer system for a refund request. Went back to the store, stood in line for 2 hours and a female manager filed the paperwork for a refund. She said they do not pay refunds at the store, but it would be mailed to me (I guess by the corporation).

Money never arrived, went back to the store, stood another two hours in line and they repeated that they have nothing to do with refunds. Long story short: I called the 888 number numerous times and I've been on the phone with these people for hours over the passed 6 months, listening to all kinds of stories and explanations; things like somebody basically "overlooked to file / process my refund request", or "you need to go back to the store to ask for your refund" or even telling me that the "6 weeks-clock" started to tick all over because a refund claim was never filed. I am out of $129.94 with my receipts in my hand and having returned the phones in two (2) days in the original package (looking brand new) with 3 minutes put on one of the phones.

I called today (Thursday Sep 8) and was told that I need to go back to the store for a third time to ask for a refund, but that a $70 plan usage fee would not be refunded? Keep in mind the store in question already told me twice that they have nothing to do with refunds. I will call my attorney tomorrow and weight my legal options. This is not even about the $129 anymore, but the blatant lies and keeping deceiving me, keep on telling me that "everything is now fine, it's all processed and filed now, you should have your money in 6 weeks. How awful is this experience. I don't wish this kind of treatment to my worse enemy. This was a metro piece of crap!
