I ordered some lumber from Home Depot for a building project! Lumber arrived and was inferior and infested with termites. Sadly took them Four days to pick up the lumber. No apology and they actually tried to talk me out of reordering the product. Home Depot has refused any discount on new lumber and referred the termite claim to their insurance company. Their insurance company said they won't deal with it and they said I would need to contact the Home Depot lumber supplier. Ironically, got a call from corporate to see if I was satisfied with the result. I said no and Michael said I would have to contact their insurance company who has recused themselves from the situation. HOME DEPOT THE ONLY ONE HAPPY IS THE TERMITES THAT YOU SENT TO MY HOME! Have a whole house to fix up but I will not use them ever again!
