Promises Replacement—Does Nothing

My refrigerator of 2 years had a broken relay. We waited 5 weeks for a "back-ordered" part. Every few days, another call and then another promise. Customer service finally confesses THEY NO LONGER MAKE THE PART AND THEY WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR. GUESS WHAT??? NOTHING.
