Sold "yellow wood" that had been treated when the wood wasn't cured>2X8 decking in trailer srunk, twisted, worped

I in July redecked my shop trailer with new pressure treated 2x8 decking. Sitting in the sun for 4 weeks these pressure treated boards 2x8x10 twisted, shrank, bowed, and became unusable. I called the store and they told me they would replace them. I told him this was bad dangerous lumber that would get someone hurt loading on dropping a load going down the road. I told the guy that this was dangerous and they needed to let the Yellow Wood people know and the Management and owner of Home Depot know. What if you had kids on this decking. They had pressure treated uncured lumber. This is dangerous.

I in an other 2 weeks went back and asked to speak with the store manager. He came up to me and I took him outside as I had pulled my trailer up to the commercial loading drive. I showed him this decking and told him something needed to be done before someone got hurt. I even told him this was not about the cost of the lumber. I told him to get back to me. This was 3 months ago~!

So if anyone has Yellow Wood Pressure Treated Pine that does what I have said, please report them as well. Some kid is going to have to die and have the story on the national news, before they will admit to have a real bad problem here. This is sick.
