Product failure, no reply, broken promises, no credit return

Electronics and household app.

Ordered a Iphone 4 cover but when I received it the hole for the jack-plug on the cover was misaligned. Contacted Root Cases which replied that I would get a full refund once I returned the product. It was returned the 23rd of August. I have several times written emails but they keep ignoring them. I deal with businesses world wide through my job, but I have never encountered such an unseriouse company as RootCases. Have filed a complaint with Visa and hopefully that would get me my money back. Stay away from root cases
