California root stock fraud

I purchased the grape vines from california root stock on Mar and received grape vines after a couple of weeks later, however I found most of vines roots already had been dried and dead after opening the package. I called and send an mail many times to replace the dead vines, but no answer at all. I claimed to credit company to refund, but I was told the credit company could not catch the california root stock too, even called many times and informed they couldn, t control this company and couldn, t refund, but would give $25 credit instead of. The credit company said their selling policy is a real ripoff and never deal again with california root stock.
