Expensive, Poor Quality, Awful Customer Service

We purchased a Root Case for our MacBook Pro. Within 10 days, it split down the middle and the top fell off. It sits on a desk, it was never dropped. We have tried numerous times to email and phone this company to have it repaired or replaced. They don't return calls or emails. We wish we would have checked the reviews online regarding this company, we would have probably not purchased the item. Don't let them snooker you!!
